Sunny Deng is a higher education professional with a blended background in IT and HE recruitment. After earning her MSc in Computer Science, she worked as a senior IT engineer for seven years before transitioning into HE. Her tech background informs a data-driven approach to student recruitment.
Raised in a university setting in China, Sunny was inspired to pursue a career in education and has since held key roles at Cardiff University, Solent University, and now Goldsmiths, University of London, leading Asia-Pacific recruitment. She combines technical skills, market insight, and cultural fluency to support global outreach and engagement.
Sunny 在大学校园里长大。从中国优秀毕业后，赴英国完成计算机硕士，留英做了7年工程师。之后回归大学任职，先后在卡迪夫大学和索伦特大学负责入学审批和国际招生。2021年加入伦敦大学金史密斯学院，负责大中华区招生。
