Scarlett leads international recruitment and relationship management for East Asia at the University of Nottingham.She brings a wealth of experience in international higher education, with a particular focus on the China and East Asia region. Prior to joining Nottingham, Scarlett served as Senior Regional Manager at the University of Kent in 2022, following her earlier role as International Officer at Nottingham Trent University from 2015.
Throughout her career, Scarlett has played a central role in shaping and delivering international recruitment strategies, fostering global partnerships, and driving regional engagement for UK universities.
