Sphie leads Loughborough University’s Agent Engagement Strategy, strategic projects supporting global student recruitment, and global recruitment for Loughborough Business School. With extensive experience in international recruitment and partnership development, she previously served as the International Officer for Partnership and UK International. Sophie also coordinates senior leadership visits overseas, including Vice-Chancellor-led delegations, and plays a key role in managing global partner engagement.
